Camel Drive

I've been under the weather the last few days, in the grip of some kind of stomach bug. Even so, one can rest only so much. When I haven't been at the office or sleeping, I've been working on this painting. The photo quality isn't the best - I like to take pictures of my paintings in the natural light on my roof but it's dark outside now - but I think this gives you some idea of how it looks.

Thanks for posting your works. Nice job with these noble ships of the desert. Hope you're feeling better soon too!

Oh, Steven. Your work just gets more and more amazing. What a gift to have you share what you're seeing half a planet away! Love the "real life" photos as well as the art, and the descriptions of your days. Hope your family is well.

I read the letter you wrote to Donald at the American Power blog - and he recommended your blog to me. Magnificent work - I will be a regular visitor here. Thank you.

Dear Steven:

I saw your note at American Power Blog and wanted to let you know that there are others out there who still believe in American exceptionalism and support without reservation our military mission in the Middle East. I write frequently at www.kennethgdavenport.com -- you may find some of my posts of interest as well. Please keep up the good work and God speed to you and everyone else who serve our country so bravely!

Is your work for sale? My mother-in-law collects camels, and I would like to make an arrangement.
